I’m going to start a monthly series of my favorite online workout videos! I often find myself looking for time to work out and these quick videos are an easy way to get a workout in. They range from 5 minutes to 40 minutes- so you can mix and match a few to do a longer workout or just stick with one if you’re pressed for time!
8 Minute Abs: This is my all- time favorite online workout video. Although it’s a bit of a throwback to the 80’s (as seen through their attire and choice of music), it is always an easy and go- to great ab workout. I usually accompany a run with 8 minute abs.
Cardio Barre Workout: This 40 minute strength workout is a great choice for an “easy” workout day. If you’re feeling tired and not up to anything too difficult, this is a great choice. It always seems fairly easy when doing it, but I always am a bit sore in the morning after!
Butt and Thighs Workout: This 20 minute workout focuses on your butt and thighs. It’s similar to the cardio barre workout above but with a focus on those specific area groups.
“Booty Blaster Challenge”: This is a quick 5 minute butt workout that is easy to throw in at the end of the workout!
