I absolutely love salty, crispy chips. Here’s a healthy alternative to the classic chip. It only takes about 20 minutes to make and it makes a great side dish.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 bunch of kale
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Cut the kale into bite sized pieces (1- 2 inches). Place kale onto baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle salt to taste. Mix the kale, olive oil and salt together on the pan.
Bake for about 12 minutes (flipping the kale at around 6 minutes).
